Head Coach/ RB
Coach Ryan McMillen is a graduate from Lindenwood University where he received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and then later received his Masters In Teaching. Coach McMillen teaches Math at Liberty, and is currently in his 11th year as a high school football coach. He has previously coached at Ritenour for one year, Timberland for four years, and this is his sixth year at Liberty. Coach has been married to Mandi McMillen, who is also a teacher at Liberty, for five years. Together they have a two year old daughter named Reese and twin boys, Hudson and Emmett, who were born on February 14.
Offensive Coordinator/ QB
Coach Alex Zangriles graduated from Lindenwood University where he received his bachelor's degree in Physical Education. Coach is currently in his 8th year coaching. Coach started his coaching career at Fort Zumwalt North High School, coached in Jackson for one year, Fort Zumwalt East for one year, and is in his second year at Liberty as the Offensive Coordinator. Coach has been married to Brittany Zangriles for two years. Together they have a daughter name Eloise, who was born in October of 2017.
Coach Zachary Kling is proud to be at Liberty for his third year. After 1 year at Northwest Missouri State, he graduated from Lindenwood University in 2013. He then went on to coach for one year at Francis Howell North before arriving at Liberty. Coach Kling also teaches science here at Liberty; classes include Medical Interventions, Zoology, and Botany. Coach Kling is entering his third season as a coach for the Liberty Eagles.
Assistant OL/JV OC
Joe Harrington is married to Amy and a father of two, Max and Zoee, both of whom are students of Liberty High School. He holds a BS degree in Elementary Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and currently works as an Instructional Assistant at Duello Elementary. Coach Harrington has lived in the O’ Fallon area for the past 20 years after having grown up in Hazelwood. He played football in his youth for 10 years, and since, has had the opportunity to coach for five years at the junior level. During these years, he has held roles as Offensive/Defensive Line Coach, Offensive Coordinator, Defensive Coordinator, and Head Coach. The past two years he has been a volunteer coach for the Liberty Eagles Football team, helping as an Assistant Defensive Line Coach. Coach Harrington looks forward to taking on the role as Offensive line coach for the Eagles this year, focusing on driving the players to be steadfast in their pursuit of success on and off the field. He is proud to be a part of Liberty Eagles Football organization and looks forward to another great football season.
Wide Receivers/ FROSH OC
Coach Redman graduated with a BS in Earth Science Education from Central Missouri State University and received his MS in Geosciences from Mississippi State University. Vince is returning to Liberty High School to teach science. Vince has a daughter Madeline who will be three in May 2018. He is grateful for the opportunity to return home to teach and coach with the Eagle Family.
